Disaster Recovery is fully embraced by LQAS. No other product can protect all aspects of portfolio management. The tracking database can be restored in minutes. The images can be restored in less than an hour via CD-ROM drives. Most importantly the bulk filing feature allows the bank to store the original document in boxes that can be located anywhere. For example LQAS can be operated at the branch with bulk filing and remote scanning all documents can be decentralized within a centralized tracking system. The bulk filed items can also be stored at one or many remote secured locations. LQAS will inform the bank of the exact location of any document via the bulk filing feature.
